DEVELOP THE CULTURE OF WRITING SERMON NOTES IN CHURCH

It is good to celebrate the word of God by jumping and shouting. Much more, it is greater to write down what you are hearing.

Writing notes in church makes it possible for you to conduct further study in your own time. Thereby fostering your growth as a believer. Avoid just “listening” to the word in church. Have a note book to write in every time you gather with the brethren. Pastor what if I can’t write? Please go back to school and learn. One of our female members age 48years decided to start school in grade 4 so that she could learn how to read and write. Oh she is doing a great work now.

It will interest you to know that at times I write even phone call teachings that my father in the Lord, mentors or brothers in the faith will make on the phone. If I am on the road, I get their consent to record what they are teaching me on the phone. This has helped me a lot in growing in the knowledge of God as a believer.
