DON’T TAKE JOY IN THE SUFFERING OF ANOTHER

Avoid it at all costs even if the person deserves the suffering because of their past actions. Avoid being excited concerning the bad news about others.

Compassion and Love is one of the major marks that we should have in order for the Holy Spirit to entrust us with hidden matters and for Him to constantly hear our petitions and intercessions.

There are those the bible calls the “lawful captives”. These are those who deserve to be captives because of breaking principles and laid out ordinances. However, we the intercessors have a mandate from God to cry to Him for all. If you rejoice at the going down of another, your prayer ministry as believer won’t be effective.

Paul the Apostle shared a key instruction with us in Romans chapter 12:15 “Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn”.

It is that simple.

As you start your week, pray for many who are suffering without being biased.
